At The Guildford Arms we understand that the basis for good food is good ingredients. We take care to establish the provenance of all our ingredients to ensure the food we create is produced from the best ingredients available.
All our ingredients are sourced from suppliers who share our passion for freshness and quality. Our meat is free-range and comes from farms with a good track record for consistency and high standards; our poultry comes from reputable sources in England and France; our fish is delivered fresh each morning. We have daily fruit and vegetable deliveries to ensure we are only working with the freshest produce.
All our food is produced by our chefs, in our kitchens, from our recipes. From bread and pasta to sauces and ice creams, nothing comes out of a packet. Our menus change frequently, which means we can make the most of the fantastic seasonal produce available.
So, whether you are grabbing a quick bite in the pub, a light lunch in the garden or a three course dinner in our upstairs restaurant you are guaranteed freshly cooked food, made from quality seasonal ingredients, by dedicated chefs.
