Our Beer Selection

As a pub, we obviously take our beer very seriously. The Guildford Arms is a ‘Free house’, meaning we’re not chained to any particular brand and can cherry pick our beers to suit our customers and complement our food. The menu is always changing, with seasonal real ales and lagers from across the globe being added to the pumps and shelves. Draught

Timothy Taylor Landlord 4.3%
A Classic Strong Pale Ale, Landlord has won more awards nationally than any other beer: This includes four times as Champion at the Brewers' International Exhibition and four times as CAMRA’s beer of the year. Refreshingly reliable and nationally renowned, this full drinking Pale Ale has a complex and hoppy aroma.

Sharpes Doom Bar, Cornwall 4%
Named after an infamous sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary in North Cornwall, Doom Bar boasts a distinctive aroma and balanced flavour that sets it apart from other beers, taking unsuspecting first time drinkers by surprise with its moreish appeal. Bronze medal winner, Publican Licensees Choice Awards, 2009.

Staropramen, Czech Republic 5%
The pride of Prague - Staropramen is a full-bodied lager of unrivalled quality. It is brewed at the Prague Breweries, using traditional Czech brewing methods, and is the leading beer in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.

Becks Vier, Germany, 4%
Light, crisp imported Pilsner Lager.

Guiness Extra Cold, Ireland, 4.1%
Classic Irish dry stout served extra cold.

Addlestones Cider, Somerset, 5%
A bright, golden, naturally cloudy cider with rich, bittersweet apple fruit flavours and a smooth, rounded finish. Addlestones is made using a unique recipe of locally sourced genuine bittersweet cider apples from Somerset and a double fermentation process which creates the full-bodied taste.

Meantime London Lager, Greenwich, 4.5%
Fine lager brewed with Kentich hops and Esat Anglian Barley.

Meantime London Pale Ale, Greenwich, 4.3%
A perfect balance of sweet malt and bitter hops make this a very fine Pale Ale.

Meantime Wheat Beer, Greenwich, 5%
Bavarian style wheat beer with prominent aromas of bananas and cloves.
